  9. Merry Christmas Phoenix team and all that use it! Lets hope next year will bring us a more stable based viewer. And this be not a phoenix issue, but more towards more stability from the fine people at Linden labs! Happy 2012 XD

  16. @Amir:

Please see the support page where you can find out how to get support for your issues with the viewer.

I've used the assistance of the support team myself and was very happy with the personal and prompt attention.

Asking here, though, is unlikely to be satisfactory for you, as you'll get, if anything, only some opinions of other users.

cheers, and best of luck! (And a happy new year!)

  18. Firestorm (Mac Version) suddenly this year started crashing several times, totally unusable. I am reverting to Phoenix after failing all my repair tricks. Hope you guys find a solution I do like Firestorm and wish to use it again.

  19. is it possible to have a viewer that works like Firestorm and looks like Phoenix? That is to say can the GUI be made to look more like a V1 viewer rather than the crap that is V3? Thanks, you guys really do rock!

  20. Wanted to tell you guys:

I am having extreme problems with system slow-down on the new Firestorm Mesh viewer.

The Mesh Beta viewer functioned AMAZINGLY fast, and I could run even in metered environments in Firestorm Mesh Viewer with my view distance on max in incredibly detailed areas with full lights, shadows, and depth of field... but I am having -serious- slow-down issues with my ATI Radeons (in crossfire) video card on the new viewer.
